Find me her, whom I lost

Autumn, find, girl, lights, lost, moon, November, pebbles, rubble, sea, sobs, spring, stars, summer, sun, tears, winter

She is the girl I lost, some moons ago, at nights
when quarter sobs broke their way
hidden amidst dark crimson lights

She is the girl I lost, some winters ago, one year
When November tossed her dreams in the sea,
casket full of kisses & letters locked inside

She is the girl I lost, some Suns ago, one half morning
When he woke up to tell her casual,
honey, I forgot you, alright?

She is the girl I lost, some Summers ago, too bright
When the b(r)ooks turned broke and waters ran dry
all was left were some pebbles that sat uptight

She is the girl I lost, Some eons ago, time quirky of itself
When clocks croaked and stars groaned
as chimed the Spring bringing Autumn in sight..

I still hope to find her, hidden among rubble and sand
you might just dig to find her, between the sea and the land

I still pray to seek her, somehow stolen from the wretched tangles
you might just pray as well for her to recover,
the shadow of illness that cast itself on her life’s angles..

Not For My Muse, This.

And somewhere a rain-flower grows in the wild.

I am just not the girl that fits into your life.

Though I look through your diaries and notes, pointing out at pictures, going, “That’s me !”.

Yes, you write painfully close, but so do many other people.

Even if I don’t make their muse.

And luckily, they write better, because they don’t read me half-wrong.

Your garbled tales of related and non-related -isms, world-politics and yourself

sound like the gibberish noise of rain-fall on the asbestos sheets above-head

and the pelting beats breaking in through a triangular gape in the roof of the corridor.

You and I are not so “We’ after all.

Let me be the paint-picture-girl of your dreams,

the one who waits for the bus at the street corner

and leaves you each day with a new wistful clover of thought, after she boards the bus.

bricks, doors, girl, logs, pedestal, rescue, slamming, snow, walk-out on, walked on coals, war

I am sinking again tonight.

Missing him too much,

the one whom I love,

the one who is my Life.

It’s all coming back to me now..

Like someone I read,

who had said..

If limitations are not waved,

but drown instead;

will Life bloom? I wonder.

photo

Slamming the door shut on me,

He perhaps expected me

to go knocking again.

But not this time,

when he had, against it,

jacked bricks

(and also hurled a few at me!)

nail-fixed logs of wood

and also hauled up snow-walls.

I can’t break them all.

No, I can’t.

If that is a test My Love,

I have already given many,

walked on coals,

not any more.

No, I wont.

U said, a girl comes to meet a man even during war.

And I have so many times, when we have been at war.

But This time,

U will have to step down

from your pedestal

And rescue me.
